4. Journal Entries and Personal Reflections
Your journal entries are personal. They are stored securely, associated only with your account, and are not reviewed, analyzed, or used for any purpose other than displaying them to you within the Platform. We do not analyze, share, or sell the content of your journal entries.
Because the Platform involves personal reflection on athletic performance and mental states, we take the privacy of your journal content seriously. Your written responses are encrypted in storage and in transit. No employee of MY MENTAL GYM LLC reviews individual journal entries as part of normal operations. We may access individual records only if required by a valid legal process such as a court order.

Journal entries are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual journal entries at any time within the Platform. Upon account deletion, all journal entries are permanently deleted.

- Encryption of data at rest
